Kids and Teens Therapy
I work with kids and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and peer relationships. I respect and acknowledge the unique developmental needs of children, and my primary goal is to provide them with a safe space to explore, heal, and grow. I provide a variety of toys, games, art materials, and other tools that allow the child to freely express themselves and engage in therapeutic process.
Young Adults Counseling
I work with young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, identity, self-esteem, career, and relationship issues. Today young adults are progressively finding themselves in isolation, and I provide a safe and supportive environment to help them explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I help them gain insights, learn skills, and develop healthier ways of coping with challenges.
Professional Adults Counseling
I work with professional adults who struggling with work, career, and relationship issues. The variety of demands for professional adults can result in anxiety, stress, & frustration in relationships. I create a safe and supportive environment for professional adults to help resolve core issues, challenge unrealistic expectations of self, & explore possibilities that strengthen their values & relationships.
